baked apple dumpling

200911783hammi Apple, small; core(6ea) Puff Pastry squares, 8x8(6ea) Flour, all-purpose(15g) Brown sugar(60g) Raisins(30g)Butter,raw(3 TS) Cinnamon, ground(1/2 ts) Eggs, whole, beaten(2ea) Milk, whole(20g) Sugar, white, granulated(15g) Sugar, 10x, powdered(20g) Method preheated oven 350ºF place the puff pastry sheets on a lightly dusted counter. place the cored apple in the center of the sheet, place the raisins into the cored out apple and top with 1tsp. butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Mix the eggs and milk to make to an egg wash. then lighly brush the edges of the pastry square with the egg wash . then join the corners togeter at the top of the apple and seal. please the apples on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and brush lightiy with egg wash then srinkle with granulated sugar. plae into the pre-heated oven to bake till a golden browm,about 35~40 minutes ser ve on a plate and then dust with powdered sugar.
