Pineapple Cake
Flour 1½Cup
Baking Powder 2T
Sugar 1Cup
Cinnamon 1T
Salt ¼t
Vanilla Essence 2T
Eggs 2ea
Butter 200g
Rum 3T
Pineapple ½ea
*Preperation
Melt butter
Preheat oven to 190℃
Method
<Cake Dough>
1. Separate the egg yolk from the white.
2. Whisk egg white in bowl until foamy : meringue
3. Meringue is mixed with sugar.
4. Add yolks and mix.
5. Add the flour, baking powder and salt.
6. Put melted butter and mix.
7. Finally, put the vanilla essence.
<Pineapple>
1. Melt the sugar.
2. Add a suitable amount of water.
3. Put the sliced pineapple.
4. Reduces the pineapple until brown.
<Baking>
1. Pineapple, lay on the bottom of bakeware.
2. Pour the dough.
3. Bake in the oven.(190℃/20~25min)
