slab bacon(minced) 45g , Celery (minced)45g, Onion (minced)150g , Garlic (minced) 2ea , Vegetable oil 60ml , Flour 75g , Chicken stock 1.25 liters , Chicken wings (browned) 750g , Cream 125ml , Bay leaves 1ea , Salt and black pepper t.t
- method
1. Put oil in a pan of bacon and onions and saute until brown color.
2. Put chicken wings and bay leaves and saute until brown color.
3. When brown color put the chicken stock and simmer for 1 hour , skimming as necessary.
4. Add the Flour and cream. Bring to a simmer
