Oatmeal Chocolate Fudge Cookies


Ingredients                     Quantity
Unsalted butter               1stick
Sugar                             2 cups
Cocoa powder               4 tablespoons
Vanilla                            1 teaspoon
Milk                               1/2 cup
Peanut butter                  1/2 cup    
Oats                               3 cup


Method
1. Melt butter in a saucepan over med-high heat.
2. Add the sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, and milk.
3. Cook until the mixture comes to boil. (Boil for one minute, and remove from heat.)
4. Stir in peanut butter and oats.
5. Drop by the spoonful onto a sheet of waxed paper, parchment paper, or aluminum foil.
6. Allow to cool until firm before serving. May be kept refrigerated.
